Merlet Selection St. Sauvant is a harmonious marriage of 'eaux-de-vie' sourced from the Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne regions, each aged for over 10 years. Additionally, the blend includes select spirits from the Fins bois (1992 and 2001) and Petite Champagne (1993). This combination results in a cognac that unfolds a complex and layered tasting experience. On the nose, expect rich aromas of dried fruits, subtle floral notes, and a hint of oak.
