Tasting Notes

Color: Late summer barley.

Nose: The aroma opens with a light almond note and a twist of candied lemon, soon followed by the magical aromatics of toasted barley. Floral and fruit notes with hints of lemon honey intermingle beautifully. As the whisky opens up, toffee sweetness from the American oak cask emerges, along with subtle drifts of succulent papaya, melon, and kiwi.
