It is then finished in rare and extraordinary PX Butts sourced from Andalusia’s vintage PX Solera system, where these casks nurtured rich, syrupy Pedro Ximénez wine for over 60 years.

Uniquely, some of these butts are crafted from Chestnut wood, a rare material in whiskey maturation, adding another dimension of flavor and complexity.
