Produced in the village of Etúcuaro, it undergoes an ancestral process — roasted for 90 hours in stone-lined pits, fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double-distilled in a traditional copper and pinewood Tarascan still. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit with floral and citrus notes, complemented by a gentle smokiness and subtle hints of vanilla.
