Cabrito Tequila Reposado, produced by Casa Centinela in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, is a testament to over a century of tequila-making tradition. Established in 1904 by the Torres Perez Vargas family, Casa Centinela has been crafting high-quality tequila at the Hacienda El Centinela since its inception. Cabrito Reposado is made from 100% blue agave, grown in the rich red soil of Arandas. This tequila is aged for a minimum of two months in oak barrels, achieving a balance between the fresh agave flavors and the complexity imparted by the wood.
