Tasting Notes

Color: In the glass, the whiskey presents a nice amber color with a slight lean into gold.

Nose: The aroma reveals lots of shortbread cookies and croissant, delicate notes of orange marmalade, brown butter, and a hint of candy corn. Additionally, there are subtle vanilla, raisins, maple syrup, and toasted nuts.

Palate: For a 55% ABV, this is a very approachable dram. The front of the palate features brown sugar and custard, followed by stewed fruits like cherries and oranges. The mid-palate is fleshed out with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and hints of milk chocolate.
