  • 1 1/2 oz White Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
  • 3/4 oz Dark Rum (for float)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish


  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the white rum, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and orange curaçao.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
