Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
- 3/4 oz Dark Rum (for float)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the white rum, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and orange curaçao.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
