The year opened with an almost summery, dry April and May that brought very early flowering, then a cool summer that never broke the drought, with the hottest days the estate had ever seen on June 26 and 27. Picking of the reds began September 5, and yields of only 29 hectoliters per hectare made it the smallest harvest in 20 years. The château calls it the most concentrated wine it had ever produced, yet its tannins are barely noticeable. James Suckling (94 points) notes \"fabulous aromas of flowers with hints of strawberries and currants\" and a racy, finely structured palate. The estate said in 2025 that it can be enjoyed now if decanted in advance, but is ideally kept a few more years. 13.0% ABV, 750ml.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Chateau Margaux","offers":[{"title":"750 ML","offer_id":67774145331387,"sku":"569773 SG","price":759.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0634\/4867\/8587\/files\/chateau-margaux-margaux-2011-with-wood-box-1-1792538937458.jpg?v=1792538939","url":"https:\/\/liquorgeeks.com\/products\/chateau-margaux-margaux-2011","provider":"Liquor Geeks","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
