The tequila inside is produced under NOM 1479 by Compañía Tequilera Hacienda La Capilla in Jalisco's Los Altos Southern region, made from 100% blue Weber agave that is cooked in an autoclave, crushed with a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel, and distilled twice through copper pot stills before resting as an Añejo. The bottle is imported to the US by AIKO Importers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass this Añejo shows a deep golden amber color. The nose leads with roasted agave, caramel, and vanilla layered over oak.
