This bourbon is meticulously blended to honor the preferred tasting notes and profile of "The Duke" himself, using his original recipe from 1962 as a guide. With a proprietary mash bill dominated by American bent corn, complemented by rye and sixth-row barley, Duke Bourbon is distilled and aged in Kentucky in small batches, adhering to traditional methods. The result is a special blend at 88 proof, aged for a minimum of 5 years in hand-selected American Oak barrels, which are heavily charred for added depth and character.
