The 2007 was just the second release after the inaugural 2006: 100% Chardonnay aged more than eight years on its lees, disgorged in July 2016 with only 3 grams per litre dosage, and limited to 7,994 bottles. William Kelley of Wine Advocate (94+ points) finds dried white flowers, citrus oil, toasted brioche, oyster shell and smoke, calling it \"quite a tightly knit, tensile wine\" with a long future ahead.
