Built on a wheated mash bill rather than the more common rye, it reflects Old Elk's focus on long-aged, barrel-specific bottlings that vary subtly from cask to cask.

A decade in oak gives this bourbon a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, vanilla bean, and baking spice layered over toasted oak. On the palate, the wheat grain comes through as a soft, rounded sweetness of brown sugar and toffee, backed by cinnamon and clove from the barrel. The finish is long and warming, carrying oak char, dried fruit, and a lingering spice note true to its cask strength proof.

As a single barrel bottling, each cask carries its own character, making this a natural pick for bourbon collectors building out a wheated or barrel-proof lineup. Pair it with other Old Elk expressions or explore Liquor Geeks' broader selection of single barrel and cask strength bourbons. Ships to most US states.
