Among these remarkable casks is the American Oak Sherry Puncheon cask, filled and distilled in 2001, meticulously selected in 2018, and finally bottled in 2019. The result is an exclusive release, with only 576 bottles produced. This 18-year-old whisky is presented in its purest form, being non-chill filtered and bottled at natural cask strength, an impressive 50.8%.
