This tequila represents the blending of two worlds, offering a luxurious sipping experience that transcends time. It is meticulously crafted from hand-selected 7-year-old 100% Blue Weber Agave, using sustainable harvesting methods and the expertise of master jimadores. The agave piñas are carefully hand-cut, then cooked for 8-10 hours in a steam-heated autoclave, and finally crushed to extract the agave sugar. Casa Del Sol Reposado is a testament to legacy and authenticity, honoring the traditions passed down through the generations. It is aged in select French Oak and Cognac barrels, crafted from French Limousin Oak, for a minimum of four months. The tequila boasts an aroma of soft vanilla with hints of raisin and sweet tobacco, and on the palate, it reveals notes of butterscotch, wild honey, and raisin.
