A celebration of traditional whisky-making and Japanese innovation, this distinctive expression undergoes a rare triple cask maturation—beginning in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before receiving a final six-month finish in umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur) casks.

The coastal environment accelerates aging, infusing the whisky with a graceful minerality and complex aromatics. Launching as part of Hatozaki’s permanent core range in April 2025, this whisky balances delicate spice, sweet fruit, and refined oak into a beautifully harmonious whole.
