Built on Penelope’s signature four-grain straight bourbon mash bill (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley), this release is elevated through finishing with complex, medium-tannin French oak staves.
Created in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, a global leader in oak innovation, the Architect series utilizes Radoux’s advanced OakScan® process to carefully select staves that deliver targeted flavor development. The result is a bourbon engineered with purpose—layered, balanced, and refined—where sweetness, floral nuance, and oak structure are seamlessly integrated.
