Made from wild Cuishe agave, one of the most complex and fibrous varietals, this small-batch mezcal is a true reflection of terroir and heritage.
Cooked underground using Encino oak, mashed by machine to manage its tough structure, and fermented in buried cement amphoras with volcanic aquifer water, this mezcal captures the spirit of the land. Double-distilled in copper stills, it reveals a strikingly distinct flavor profile — aromatic, herbal, and deeply nuanced. Bottled unaged, it delivers an experience that is simultaneously earthy, floral, and daringly savory.
