The recipe draws on a traditional Sonoran home blend of bacanora and cream, commercialized by Sunora into a bottled expression that carries the region's agave character into a coffee-forward cream liqueur.
The liqueur pours a milk-chocolate brown and opens with dark roast coffee, cocoa, and vanilla cream on the nose. On the palate it delivers rich dairy cream and deep, dark mocha with a hint of caramel and a faint trace of agave smoke underneath, finishing smooth with lingering cocoa and coffee and a light sweetness.
