Weller Special Reserve is the softest of the three, bottled at 90 proof with gentle caramel, vanilla, and bread-like grain. Weller 12 Year delivers a more mature, rounded profile with deeper oak, dried fruit, and honeyed sweetness from extended aging. Weller Antique 107 is the boldest, bottled at 107 proof with amplified baking spice, dark caramel, and a longer, warming finish.
