The Knockdhu Distillery (where AnCnoc is made) was founded in April 1893. They’ve stuck to key traditional methods: copper pot stills with tall, narrow necks (for that reflux and lighter spirit), worm tubs for condensation, wooden washbacks, and aging in American & Spanish oak casks.
