Orders, age checks and delivery
You must be 21 or older to buy. We ship only within the United States, using UPS and GLS. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days once shipped. Every delivery needs an adult (21+) signature and a valid government-issued photo ID. There are no porch drops, and we don't ship to P.O. boxes.
Where we ship
We ship to most U.S. states. Alcohol shipping rules are set state by state, so checkout confirms whether we can deliver to your address before you pay. Our shipping eligibility page explains how that check works and what to do if your state isn't covered.
Payment and returns
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, credit cards and debit cards. Because of alcohol regulations, all sales are final. You can ask to cancel before an order ships, minus a 10% fee. If a bottle arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; damage is covered when shipping protection was added at checkout.
