The Arran Malt Single Malt Scotch Sauternes Cask Finish is a delightful expression that showcases the sweeter side of Arran Single Malt. Ideal as a dessert dram, this whisky is a result of a rich partnership between traditional Arran Single Malt and carefully selected Sauternes wine casks. After maturing for eight years in oak casks, the whisky undergoes a finishing period in these Bordeaux sweet white wine casks, chosen by the Master Distiller from a talented small producer. The result is a perfect marriage of wine and whisky, presenting a whisky that is lusciously sweet and brimming with complementary notes of apricots, melon, and honeysuckle.
