Mijenta is an award-winning tequila from Arandas, in the high-elevation Highlands of Jalisco. It is made under Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, who brings more than 25 years in the tequila industry, from agave grown in iron-rich highland soil that gives the spirit its mineral edge.
