Angel’s Envy continues to redefine the bourbon tradition with this extraordinary single-barrel release, finished in Oloroso sherry casks. A serendipitous extended finishing period in the rickhouse allowed the whiskey to develop a truly unique profile, marrying classic bourbon notes with the richness of sherry. This rare expression balances oak-forward dryness with layers of caramel, vanilla, and the signature fruity elegance of Oloroso barrels, making it a one-of-a-kind sipping experience.

Nose: Sweet and enticing with pronounced aromas of raisins, hazelnuts, and dried figs. Subtle undertones of toasted oak and caramel invite exploration.

Palate: A harmonious blend of sherry-driven dryness and rich bourbon character. Oak is prominent, accompanied by layers of creamy vanilla, buttery caramel, and a touch of dark chocolate. Hints of roasted nuts and dried fruits deepen the complexity.

Finish: The finish evolves gracefully from sweet to floral, lingering with a dry richness. Notes of raisins, toasted wood, and a whisper of spice leave a memorable impression.
