Nose
Profound and multi-layered. Powerful waves of peat smoke and smoldering embers rise first, followed by roasted chestnut, baking sourdough, and aromatic tea leaves. Dark chocolate and espresso mingle with sea spray and charred oak. Subtle dried fruits, plum, black olive, and lime peel flicker beneath.

With a splash of water, herbal lemon balm, pine resin, and lemon sherbet brighten the depths, while antique leather and demerara sugar linger in the background.

Palate
Rich, oily, and mouth-coating—yet intriguingly drying at the same time. The peat smoke is constant, beautifully entwined with oak tannins. Layers unfold dramatically: dark chocolate, pecan toffee, salted caramel, roasted coffee, and bittersweet cocoa. Savory umami notes of soy sauce, mushrooms in red wine, and peppered steak intertwine with treacle, clove, ginger, and creosote. Hints of black cherry, aniseed, salted nuts, and leather add further complexity, creating a bold yet remarkably integrated profile.

Finish
Exceptionally long and warming. Lingering smoke carries notes of baked apple, aniseed, oak, and gentle spice, fading slowly into a sweet, maritime echo that resonates long after the final sip.
