Nose
Complex and captivating. Gentle ripples of smoky pineapple, soured cream, and soft wood smoke mingle with olive oil, tar, and chocolate ginger biscuits. Newly planed oak and dark leather provide structure, while sweet toffee and liquorice add warmth.

With a splash of water, the whisky blossoms—struck flint, herbal pine resin, coal tar, and citrusy lime sherbet rise alongside peppermint, fennel, and subtle vanilla cheesecake.

Palate
