Tasting Notes

Color: The whiskey presents itself with a captivating amber color, suggesting depth and character.
Nose: The aroma is a delightful combination of scents. Cherry Jubilee provides a fruity and sweet top note, complemented by the comforting hints of caramel. Dark chocolate adds a rich and bittersweet dimension, while the subtle presence of biscuits and a wisp of smoke conjure images of hearty frontier feasts.
Flavor: The flavor profile is full-bodied and dynamic. It opens with the dry richness of sherry and the bright sweetness of cherry fruit, creating a harmonious balance.
