Blue Run Straight Bourbon Flight Series II 'Yosemite Pine' invites you to explore a uniquely crafted expression that embodies the lightest and most delicate blend in the Flight Series II collection. This limited-edition bourbon is a testament to the art of small-batch distilling, where no more than five carefully selected barrels are combined to create a harmonious flavor profile. Tasting Notes

Nose: The bouquet is delicate yet inviting, with the crisp sweetness of fresh honeydew melon and a soft, floral undertone. Subtle hints of ripe orange zest provide a refreshing, citrusy lift, making the nose bright and vibrant.

Palate: On the palate, the bourbon takes on a pastry-like richness with the flavor of orange marmalade filling, evoking the warmth of freshly baked pastries. The sweet and citrus-forward notes are balanced by a gentle creaminess, adding depth to the flavor.

Finish: The finish is clean and crisp, with a lasting note of dried unroasted coconut, offering a smooth and slightly nutty conclusion that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.
