In the glass it leads with an intense aroma of caramel and vanilla bean lifted by cinnamon and allspice. The palate turns rich and dessert-like — dark chocolate and toasted marshmallow out front, with subtle sweet stewed-fruit notes underneath — before closing warm and full with lingering toasted oak and cocoa.
