An unaged agricole-style rum from Burdekin Distillery, crafted from freshly pressed North Queensland sugarcane and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
Fresh cane juice is distilled and rested in stainless steel, French Caribbean style, so nothing gets between you and the cane. Expect a botanical nose with fresh-cut flowers and grassy sugarcane, tropical fruit and mineral lift on the palate, and a clean, dry finish. Built for a Ti' Punch or a Daiquiri. 700ml.
