This release is a collaboration with the Hopkinsville Fire Department, marking 125 years of service with a fire-truck label design.
The base spirit carries the rich, mellow character of a high-corn bourbon mash bill, layered with warm cinnamon and sweet heat, vanilla, and baked spice. Bottled at 62.5 proof, it drinks softer and sweeter than a standard bourbon, with cinnamon lingering through a subtle, pastry-like finish.
