Starting with 100% Blue Weber agave, cooked in brick ovens, pressed with a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, it is then aged for one year in American and French oak barrels. What sets this añejo apart is its unique journey through a charcoal filtration process, resulting in a crystal-clear appearance while maintaining the depth and character of a traditionally aged añejo tequila.
