Nose: The bouquet is multi-faceted, opening with dark wild forest fruits, underpinned by fine wood notes. Delicate hints of mint, thyme, bitter chocolate, and black pepper add layers of complexity, making each sniff more intriguing than the last.

Palate: On the palate, the wine is complex and tightly meshed, with a vibrant core of dark berries and ripe sweet cherry. The powerful, vivid tannins provide structure, while the mineral undertones add depth and refinement. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes cassis flavors, which become more apparent on the long and youthful finish.
