Doc Holliday 13 Year Armagnac Cask Finish Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a single-barrel release aged 13 years in new charred oak before finishing in French Armagnac casks. It was released in August 2025 as part of a four-bottle cask-finish quartet marking Doc Holliday's 174th birthday, and each barrel is bottled uncut at cask strength.
At 108 proof, this bourbon opens with a deep chestnut color and a nose of apricot, grape, baker's chocolate, butter, and seasoned oak. The palate carries oak, vanilla, and caramel alongside light raspberry and a touch of spice, finishing with dried fruit, black cherry, old oak, peanut husk, and a light vegetal earthiness carried over from the Armagnac barrels.
