Dry Fly Cask Strength Aged 3 Years Straight Wheat Whiskey is a bold, unfiltered expression of the distillery’s signature 100% wheat mash bill, bottled straight from the barrel for maximum intensity and character. Aged for over three years in new 53-gallon American oak casks, this whiskey showcases the softer, sweeter nature of wheat while amplifying its depth with cask strength power. The result is a rich yet approachable whiskey that balances elegance with strength—earning praise from critics like Jim Murray, who highlighted its beauty and complexity.
