Tasting Notes

As you approach Eden Mill Golf Gin 84, the nose is greeted by hints of juniper that dance within a forest of lavender and spruce trees. The subtle tang of the sea underlies the aromatic bouquet, adding a touch of maritime freshness. On the palate, the juniper takes center stage, as it should in a classic gin, but with a delightful twist. A sweetness from the gorse balances the juniper, ensuring it remains vibrant without overpowering the senses. The addition of heather and lavender introduces a floral note, while spruce and coriander contribute to a distinct peppery finish that lingers on the tongue. The overall tasting experience is a well-crafted balance of traditional gin elements and innovative botanical interplay.
