Nose: Small Batch: caramel corn, vanilla, light oak and a hint of tobacco. Barrel Proof: rich caramel, dark chocolate, cherry and charred oak.

Palate: The bottled-in-bond Small Batch (100 proof) is balanced and easy, sweet corn and oak with gentle spice. Barrel Proof is the same whiskey uncut and unfiltered, typically 125 to 130 proof, thick with dark sugar, spice and a long burn.

Finish: Medium and warm on Small Batch, very long and hot on Barrel Proof.
