El Septimo Vodka 700mL
El Septimo Vodka comes from La Maison Younan, the Younan Company's cigar house based in Los Angeles, which launched the release in December 2023 as an extension of the El Septimo brand into spirits. It's distilled in France from 100% French wheat, with a final pass through a traditional copper pot still, then charcoal-filtered using a slow filtration process before bottling in a frosted-glass bottle that ships in a gift box. The vodka earned a Double Gold medal and scored 96 points at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The wheat base comes through clean, with a soft grain character and a faint touch of citrus on the nose. On the palate it's exceptionally smooth and refined, carrying a silky texture and a gentle sweetness that leads into a clean, silky finish with quiet length.
