Espolon Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced at Destiladora San Nicolas in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Master Distiller Cirilo Oropeza uses fully mature agave piñas, roasts them in traditional stone ovens, then double-distills the liquid in stainless steel to preserve its bright agave character. Bottled at 40% ABV with the brand's signature rooster label, it is a clean, expressive blanco built around agave rather than oak.

On the nose expect fresh-cut agave, green pepper, citrus peel, and a hint of black pepper. The palate is crisp and peppery with notes of lime zest, tropical fruit, and a touch of vanilla before a clean, slightly mineral finish.
