Fortaleza is the tequila bartenders keep at home: stone-crushed agave, copper-pot distilled, bottled in Tequila town by the Sauza family's fifth generation. This trio is the whole ladder — the bright, peppery Blanco, the honeyed Reposado, and the long, cocoa-and-oak Añejo — so you can taste exactly what six months and two years in barrel do to the same spirit.
Pour them side by side, or start at Blanco on a Friday and finish at Añejo by Sunday.
