Four Roses Cask Strength is a bourbon of unparalleled excellence and distinction, crafted through a meticulous selection process. From time to time, a limited number of exceptionally smooth and complex barrels from Four Roses' 10 distinct Bourbon recipes emerge, capturing the attention of the Master Distiller. These barrels have been aged to perfection, maturing for an impressive span of 9 to 11 years. Following this careful aging process, Four Roses extends a special invitation to customers for a private tasting and selection of their preferred barrels. Once chosen, each individual selection is bottled and adorned with a private label. This extraordinary bourbon is presented in its purest form, non-chill filtered and bottled at its natural barrel strength, available only in limited quantities.

Tasting Notes

Four Roses Cask Strength offers a tasting experience that epitomizes the essence of exceptional bourbon:

Upon pouring, it showcases a deep and inviting amber hue, reflecting the depth of flavor held within. The aroma is an enticing blend of rich caramel, ripe orchard fruits, and toasted oak, all harmoniously intertwined with hints of vanilla and warm baking spices. As you take your first sip, you'll be met with a palate of exceptional depth and complexity. Flavors of dark chocolate, honey, and baked apple create a luxurious and velvety sweetness, complemented by robust notes of cinnamon, clove, and a touch of leather. The influence of the distinct Bourbon recipes shines through, adding layers of character and intrigue. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and satisfying, leading to a finish that is both powerful and enduring, with a symphony of flavors that linger long after each sip.
