This 15-year-old single malt from Glenmorangie’s Legends Collection embodies the rich, shared heritage between the distillery and the historic Cadboll Cup. Extra matured in both bourbon and Amontillado sherry casks, The Cadboll Estate exudes a luxurious sweetness inspired by the dessert wines of the past. Made from barley grown on the estate itself, this whisky offers a complex array of flavors that reflect the unique character of the Scottish Highlands and a touch of French influence, all while paying homage to Glenmorangie’s artistry and tradition.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A delicate, fragrant bouquet of honeysuckle and jasmine, complemented by citrusy lemon curd and buttery shortbread. Bright notes of blueberry and lime zest add a fresh, vibrant quality, underscored by subtle hints of vanilla and oak from the bourbon influence.

Palate: Rich and malty, with flavors of shortbread, fresh blueberries, and toasted almonds. Notes of ginger spice add warmth and depth, balanced by the sweet, nutty influence of Amontillado sherry casks. The mouthfeel is silky and full, with each flavor seamlessly unfolding into the next.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering hints of sweetness and subtle nuttiness. The Amontillado influence leaves a lasting impression, beautifully rounding out this whisky’s complex profile.
