Tasting Notes

Nose: The aroma is bright and inviting, with hints of basil, pine needles, and green apple. Light and grassy with a stony start, developing into sweet persimmon and nut. Fruity and sweet notes of ripe cherry plums, almond milk, and acacia honey enhance the complexity.

Palate: On the palate, you'll experience refreshing flavors of sweet pear, mint, and kiwi. Pure and very clean, it transitions to sweet lime and green fruits, with a hint of smoke and a buttery meadow sweet/chamomile note. Smooth and velvety with a caressing feel, balancing the fruitiness with plums and a hint of prunes.

Finish: The finish is woody and earthy, with subtle hints of green tea and smoke. It is medium in length with a pleasant dry spiciness, soothing down to an almondy note. Honey, lemon, and a little ginger leave a lasting impression, complemented by orange peel and a touch of minerals.
