Aged for over seven years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels and bottled under the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this whiskey represents both heritage and craftsmanship. It is also the first wheat whiskey made in Colorado to meet Bottled in Bond standards, reflecting the distillery’s dedication to grain-to-glass production and time-honored techniques.
