Crafted by Laws Whiskey House, this distinctive bourbon is made from heirloom wheat, rye, and barley grown on Colorado family farms and combined with high-quality corn to create a uniquely balanced four-grain mash bill.
Using a labor-intensive cooking process and traditional open-air sour mash fermentation, each grain is allowed to express its individual character before the whiskey is aged for over three years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels. Influenced by Colorado’s high-altitude climate, the result is a bold yet elegant bourbon with remarkable depth, complexity, and structure.
