Today, as the largest landholder in the appellation, Louis Latour continues to uphold this legacy with meticulous vineyard management and traditional winemaking techniques.
The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is aged for 8–10 months in 100% new French oak barrels (medium toast), imparting richness, structure, and depth. Presented in an elegant wooden box, this Grand Cru is both a collector’s piece and a profound expression of terroir.
