New Riff Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Sour Mash (Without Chill Filtration) embodies a modern interpretation of Kentucky’s rich bourbon heritage. Crafted with integrity and independence, this high-rye bourbon is made from non-GMO grains (65% corn, 30% rye, 5% malted barley) and adheres to the strict standards of the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act. Aged for four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, it is bottled at full bond proof and proudly left unfiltered to preserve its authentic texture and depth. The result is a bold, flavorful whiskey that honors tradition while striking a new chord—rich, spicy, and full of character.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Extra rich, unfiltered deep amber color.

Nose: Butterscotch and fresh oak lead the way, opening into nuances of vanilla and rye spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and broad, with a velvety mouthfeel. Sweet vanilla unfolds before layers of rye-driven spice—clove, cinnamon, mint, and dark berries—emerge with balanced warmth.

Finish: Long and lingering, led by rye spice, brambly red and black fruits, white pepper, and clove, leaving a lasting impression of refined intensity.
