Tasting Notes

Appearance: This Cognac showcases a rich, amber hue with glints of mahogany, indicating its lengthy maturation period.
Aroma: The nose is an exquisite bouquet of dried fruits, including figs and apricots, intertwined with subtle notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a delicate floral essence. Hints of spice, such as cinnamon and nutmeg, add depth to the aromatic profile.
Palate: The palate offers a harmonious blend of flavors, with the initial sip revealing a delightful sweetness. You'll experience layers of honeyed caramel, toffee, and dark chocolate, along with the continued presence of dried fruits. The oak aging imparts a gentle woody character, while a touch of nuttiness and leather notes adds complexity. The mouthfeel is silky-smooth, with a well-balanced warmth that lingers.
