Old Dominick Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey is Memphis bourbon at full power: distilled, aged and bottled by Old Dominick Distillery and drawn straight from the barrel with no added water and no chill filtration, so what is in the glass is exactly what came out of the West Tennessee white oak.
A high-rye mash bill of 52% corn, 44% rye and 4% malted barley spends six years in new #4 char barrels before bottling. Expect honey and cinnamon up front, then spiced rye, leather and dark chocolate wrapped in a long caramel finish. Proof varies by batch (recent releases have landed between 114 and 123 proof), so pour it neat for the full cask-strength hit or add a few drops of water to open up the honey and floral notes. 750 ML.
