Old Dominick Memphis Toddy (labelled "The Original Toddy") brings back Domenico Canale's pre-Prohibition Memphis recipe: Old Dominick's own high-rye bourbon blended with honey, ginger, citrus and warm baking spices, reverse-engineered from a dusty bottle found in a long-forgotten warehouse.
At 60 proof it drinks like a ready-made whiskey toddy: cinnamon candy, clove and ginger up front, butterscotch and orange peel behind, with a lemon-and-grapefruit brightness that keeps it from getting heavy. Pour it neat, over cracked ice, or warm it with hot water and a lemon wheel for the classic toddy. 750 ML.
